What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Shooting high-quality photos and videos for clients, campaigns, and our own brand
- Planning and executing professional photoshoots and video shoots from concept to camera
- Editing and polishing content in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Creating reels, ads, corporate videos, and promotional films that don't feel like ads
- Handling camera gear, lighting setups, and audio equipment like it's second nature
- Working closely with our marketing and creative teams on campaign execution
- Keeping every shot on-brand and visually consistent
- Organizing and backing up media like a pro (future you will thank you)
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience behind the camera — stills, video, or both
- Solid skills in Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- A real understanding of lighting, composition, and framing
- Ability to juggle deadlines and multiple projects without losing quality
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail
- Strong communication and a genuine team-player mindset
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with commercial shoots, product photography, or social content
- Color grading or motion graphics chops
- Drone or advanced camera equipment experience
- A finger on the pulse of Reels, Shorts, and YouTube trends
