Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in domestic and international air ticketing, holiday package planning, itinerary creation, and customer service. The role requires strong knowledge of travel destinations, booking systems, and the ability to provide personalised travel solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
- Design and sell customised holiday packages based on customer requirements and budgets.
- Prepare travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers to secure the best rates and services.
- Provide destination information, visa guidance, and travel-related advice to clients.
- Manage group tours, corporate travel arrangements, and leisure travel bookings.
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide excellent pre- and post-travel support.
- Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and tourism regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
