Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, warehouse, and corporate positions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Ensure smooth HR operations across multiple retail outlets.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Address employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Implement performance management systems, KPIs, and employee development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, or Multi-Outlet Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
- Experience managing large teams and multiple business locations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
