- Supervise the erection and installation of PEB structural components at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the planned schedule.
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality standards during erection activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and company HSE policies.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, Dispatch, and QA/QC teams to resolve technical issues.
- Verify structural alignment, bolt tightening, plumbing, and leveling during erection.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.
- Attend client meetings and provide project progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical challenges promptly.
- Coordinate crane operations and lifting activities safely.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of structural materials at site.
- Support project handover activities and preparation of completion documentation.
