We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end operations related to schools, trainings, trainers, and customer support, ensuring smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer support operations and ensure timely query resolution
- Manage and monitor training execution and trainer deployment
- Ensure trainers follow company policies and deliver quality sessions
- Track training reports and take corrective actions where required
- Act as the primary point of contact for schools and ensure strong relationships
- Monitor school usage and drive engagement and product adoption
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role for at least 5 years.
