Key Responsibilities
∙Frontend Development
oDesign and develop user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
oImplement reusable components, hooks, and state management (Redux, Context API).
oOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
∙Integration & APIs
oIntegrate with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
oCollaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth data exchange.
oImplement secure authentication and session management.
∙UI/UX & Testing
oWork closely with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.
oImplement accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design standards.
oWrite unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
∙Performance & Deployment
oOptimize Next.js apps for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and incremental static regeneration (ISR).
oManage builds and deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
oEnsure SEO optimization and performance tuning (Lighthouse, Core Web Vitals).
∙Collaboration & Support
oWork in agile teams with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
oSupport production issue resolution and bug fixes.
oContribute to frontend coding standards and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
∙4+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 2–3 years in React.js/Next.js.
∙Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend workflows.
∙Experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Context API).
∙Familiarity with CSS-in-JS libraries (Styled Components, Emotion, TailwindCSS).
∙Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
∙Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Preferred Knowledge
∙Experience with progressive web apps (PWAs) and offline-first design.
∙Familiarity with frontend security (XSS, CSRF, CORS, JWT).
∙Exposure to Node.js and backend frameworks for full-stack development.
∙Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for frontend deployments.
Education & Certifications
∙Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
∙Preferred certifications:
oReact or JavaScript/TypeScript professional certifications.
oCloud Developer certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP) for frontend deployments.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
