Role Overview
We're looking for a Visual Communication Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and visual storytelling. We value the quality of work over years of experience. Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging designs for websites, digital products, branding, and marketing assets.
- Develop and maintain strong visual identities that align with brand strategy.
- Apply excellent typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Design polished, modern interfaces and digital experiences with high attention to detail.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality creative work.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.
- Deliver organized, production-ready Figma files.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma.
- Excellent understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality branding, digital design, and visual communication projects.
- Strong design taste with attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quality work within timelines.
Good to Have
- Experience designing websites and digital products.
- Basic understanding of motion design or prototyping tools.
- Experience working in an agency or branding studio.
