Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate compliance activities. The role will support FEMA/RBI compliance, Companies Act filings, taxation compliance, and corporate governance requirements while ensuring timely adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle FEMA/RBI compliances including FDI reporting, ECBs, remittances, and FLA returns.
- Support Companies Act and ROC filings in coordination with Company Secretaries.
- Monitor Labour Law compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Shops & Establishment requirements.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and corporate tax compliance activities.
- Maintain compliance calendars, statutory records, and regulatory documentation.
- Support internal/external audits and regulatory assessments.
Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), CA Inter, CS Inter, CMA Inter, or equivalent.
- 4-5 years of experience in compliance, taxation, accounting, or related areas.
- Knowledge of FEMA, RBI, GST, TDS, MCA compliances, and corporate regulations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
