Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI & Full-Stack Engineer with 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience to build scalable backend services and agentic AI workflows. In this role, you will lead the development of Nest.js microservices, deploy LangChain-powered AI agents, integrate automated workflows into Slack and Microsoft Teams, and manage cloud deployments on GCP.
Key Responsibilities
- Backend & AI Architecture: Design, build, and maintain production-grade microservices using TypeScript and Nest.js integrated with LLM agent frameworks (LangChain / LangGraph).
- Messaging App Integrations: Develop and maintain enterprise Slack Apps (Bolt framework) and MS Teams Apps with streaming AI responses, interactive modals, and OAuth authentication.
- Cloud Infrastructure & Ops: Deploy, scale, and monitor applications on GCP (Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub).
- Agentic Workflows & Data: Build robust RAG pipelines, custom tool integrations, memory stores, and vector database queries (PGVector, Qdrant, or Pinecone).
- Code Quality: Ensure production readiness through automated testing, security compliance, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of core software engineering experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Frameworks: Strong expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Nest.js.
- AI/LLM Stack: Hands-on experience developing AI agents and workflows using LangChain (TypeScript or Python).
- Cloud Platform: Direct experience building and deploying services on GCP.
- Enterprise Bots: Proven experience developing and publishing custom Slack or Microsoft Teams apps/bots.
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL), caching (Redis), and vector databases.
Good to Have
- Familiarity with streaming protocols (Server-Sent Events / WebSockets) for real-time LLM outputs.
- Experience with Python (FastAPI) and multi-agent orchestration.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
