Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Front Desk Executive, located in the Greater Vadodara Area. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for greeting members and visitors, managing front desk operations, answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and assisting in the coordination of club activities and events.
Qualifications
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling software
- Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
- Experience in a customer-facing role in a professional setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or administration are a bonus
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
