About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator who will play a crucial role in both technical support and development. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and also contributing to the development of our systems. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve issues related to our applications and systems.
- Collaborate with the development team to improve and optimize technical processes.
- Assist in debugging, testing, and maintaining our applications.
- Work with technologies like React, Next.js, TypeScript, PHP, SQL, and related stacks.
- Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Engage in development tasks, implementing new features and improving existing ones.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of React, Next.js, TypeScript, PHP, SQL, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Interest in both technical support and development—we highly encourage developers who want to gain hands-on experience in support as well.
