MASELEK Solution Private Limited is looking for experienced retired or soon-to-retire professionals from the Electrical or Mechanical industry to join our growing team. If you have built strong relationships with industries, OEMs, EPC contractors, steel plants, cement plants, power plants, or manufacturing companies, we would like to work with you.
Your industry experience and professional network will help us expand our engineering services and industrial product supply business across India.
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities in Electrical and Mechanical industries.
- Identify new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Generate enquiries for industrial products and engineering services.
- Coordinate with purchase, maintenance, project, and engineering departments.
- Support vendor development and procurement activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and assist in order finalization.
- Represent the company during customer meetings and industry visits.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Retired or planning to retire from an Electrical or Mechanical industry.
- Experience in Sales, Purchase, Procurement, Business Development, or Vendor Management.
- Strong network in manufacturing, steel, cement, power, mining, EPC, or industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel when required.
