Key Responsibilities
1. Cutlist Preparation
- Interpret technical drawings, 2D/3D designs, and BOQs to prepare accurate cutlists.
- Generate cutting plans for panels, boards, laminates, edge banding, hardware, and related materials.
- Break down modular components (kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, etc.) into cut-ready parts.
2. Optimization & Material Planning
- Optimize material usage to minimize wastage and costs.
- Utilize cutting optimization software (e.g., NAADI, Excel) for planning.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for material availability as per cutlist requirements.
3. Coordination with Design & Production Teams
- Work with the design team to resolve queries related to dimensions, materials, or hardware.
- Share finalized cutlists with the production/factory team for fabrication.
- Support production teams by addressing cutting-related queries.
4. Hardware & Fitting Calculations
- Prepare detailed hardware and fittings lists (hinges, sliders, channels, handles, etc.).
- Verify hardware compatibility with design and functional requirements.
5. Quality Control Support
- Check that cut components match design specifications before production.
- Identify inconsistencies or missing details in design files and flag them for correction.
- Incorporate feedback from the production team to improve cutlist accuracy.
6. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain version control of cutlists and updates for each project.
- Archive completed project cutlists for reference and repeat orders.
- Track material consumption and update ERP systems/databases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
