We are looking for a QHSE Officer to ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across our hospital food service operations. The role involves conducting inspections, audits, staff training, ensuring food safety compliance, and promoting a safe and hygienic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular QHSE inspections and internal audits.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, and company policies.
- Conduct safety training and induction programs for employees.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain QHSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor PPE usage and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate pest control, waste management, and environmental compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across all sites.
- Work closely with Operations and Unit Managers to maintain QHSE standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Hotel Management, Environmental Health, Safety, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QHSE, preferably in hospitals, healthcare, food service, or hospitality.
- Knowledge of HACCP, FSSAI, ISO standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Good communication, auditing, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to travel between sites, if required.
