Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. (DESPL) is a growth-driven engineering company based in Surat, Gujarat, specializing in fabrication and industrial engineering solutions. We are looking for an experienced Engineer – Welding & NDT to join our QA team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and develop WPS, PQR & WPQ.
- Conduct and oversee welder qualification tests.
- Supervise welding operations and perform weld inspections.
- Manage RT, UT, MT, PT & VT activities.
- Interpret NDT results and prepare reports for Client/TPI.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and handle client queries.
- Ensure calibration and maintenance of welding/NDT equipment.
- Train welders and NDT Level-I personnel.
- Maintain welding, NDT, equipment and consumable records.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and industry standards.
Qualification
- B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- NDT Level II or III preferred
- Experience in fabrication/heavy engineering industry
- nowledge of ASME, AWS and ISO standards.
- Good knowledge of welding defects, metallurgy and QA/QC procedures.
- Good communication, reporting and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office; ERP/AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
