Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in .NET technologies, frontend frameworks, cloud services (Azure), and microservices-based architecture. The role requires strong technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications for enterprise clients.
- Build robust backend services using .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#.
- Develop and maintain Web APIs and microservices-based solutions.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Requirement Analysis & Delivery
- Analyze and understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of development tasks with minimal defects.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to design and deliver solutions.
- Participate in design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Demonstrate and present solutions to clients when required.
- Work closely with other developers to ensure smooth integration of components.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Implement strong coding, testing, and debugging practices.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal production issues.
- Follow development best practices and coding standards.
DevOps & Deployment
- Work with Azure cloud services including Azure SQL and related components.
- Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment activities.
- Assist in cloud deployment, configuration, and production support tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in .NET development (7–11 years preferred).
- Strong expertise in:

- C#
- ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core
- Entity Framework
- Microservices Architecture
- Web API / Web Services
- Strong knowledge of:
- OOPS concepts
- MVC frameworks
- SQL Server
- Frontend experience with:
- Angular (preferred)
- HTML5, CSS3
- JavaScript, jQuery
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Cloud & DevOps Skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
- Hands-on experience with Azure SQL.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Understanding of production support and configuration management.
Agile & Process
- Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum development methodology.
- Experience working in sprint-based delivery environments.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented approach.
- Prior client-facing experience is an added advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
