What You'll Do
- Carry out routine maintenance and repair tasks across the property
- Ensure all electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems are functioning properly
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
- Assist in the upkeep and cleanliness of equipment and facilities
- Monitor and report any faults or safety hazards immediately
- Support the maintenance team in day-to-day operational tasks
- Coordinate with vendors and technicians when required
What We're Looking For
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or general maintenance work
- Hands-on, practical, and willing to learn attitude
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to issues
- ITI or Diploma in a relevant trade preferred
- Freshers with technical knowledge are welcome to apply
