The Food & Beverage Associate is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, setting up dining areas, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Ensure tables are properly set before service.
- Clear and reset tables after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, buffet area, and service stations.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and closing duties.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
