Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to guide students in selecting the right Technical and Non-Technical courses. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling experience, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Counsel prospective students on Technical and Non-Technical training programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions.
- Provide complete information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for a seamless admission process.
- Achieve admission targets and ensure excellent student experience.

✔ Lead management and follow-up skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
✔ Ability to build rapport with students and parents
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Admission Counselling, Education Counselling, or a similar role.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Organizations is preferred.
