Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest service, and lead the F&B team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and motivate F&B service staff, captains, stewards, and other team members.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Ensure proper table setup, service procedures, and food & beverage standards.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen team for smooth food service.
- Monitor stock, inventory, wastage, and daily consumption.
- Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and POS procedures.
- Maintain F&B operational records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Train new staff and conduct regular team briefings.
- Assist in achieving restaurant sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain good coordination with Front Office, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and other departments.
Skills & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant F&B/restaurant experience.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and F&B service standards.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory, and cost control.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
