- Conduct field visits to customers for loan collection and payment follow-up.
- Coordinate with customers regarding overdue EMI and pending payments.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets assigned by the company.
- Maintain proper collection records and daily reporting.
- Handle customer communication in a professional manner during field visits.
- Support settlement cases and recovery follow-up activities.
- Ensure timely payment collection as per company policy and guidelines.
- Work actively in the field to maximize collection performance and target achievement.
