Job Summary
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations in steel and iron fabrication, ensuring production targets are met with high-quality standards, efficiency, and safety. This role requires strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering and proven experience in fabrication processes, along with leadership skills to manage a team of skilled workers.
Core Technical Responsibilities
· Fabrication oversight: Supervise daily steel and iron fabrication processes, ensuring adherence to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
· Equipment management: Monitor, maintain, and coordinate the use of fabrication machinery (cutting, welding, bending, rolling).
· Quality assurance: Inspect finished products, enforce tolerances, and ensure compliance with ISO or industry standards.
· Process optimization: Identify inefficiencies, implement lean manufacturing practices, and improve production workflows.
Qualifications
· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (minimum requirement).
· Proven experience in steel and iron fabrication processes.
· Strong knowledge of fabrication machinery and tools.
· Familiarity with ISO standards and quality assurance practices.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
