Rays Clinic is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly organized Staff Nurse to join our clinical team on-site. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—managing direct patient care, assisting our medical team during examinations, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and high-quality experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Patient Triage & Pre-Assessment: Welcome patients, conduct initial assessments, take detailed medical histories, and accurately record vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, etc.) before they see the doctor.
Clinical Assistance: Assist physicians during physical examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
Patient Care & Procedures: Administer injections, perform wound dressings, set up IV lines, and execute other routine nursing procedures with strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols.
Prescription & Discharge Explanation: Clearly explain medication dosages, follow-up instructions, and preventative healthcare measures to patients and their attendants.
Inventory & Clinic Upkeep: Monitor and manage clinic inventory, ensuring medical supplies, emergency drugs, and equipment are sterile, functional, and fully stocked.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date physical or electronic patient files and daily clinic logs.
