We are looking for an Technical Engineer who can take the lead in electrical project execution,
system management, troubleshooting, client coordination, and onsite operations. The ideal
candidate should have strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to
ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through direct visits, referrals, calls, emails, and social
media.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Generate business inquiries and acquire new projects across electrical, BMS, networking,
and related domains.
Prepare proposals, negotiate offers, and coordinate contracts and orders.
Conduct daily industrial site visits and develop new business opportunities.
Manage e-tendering activities and project submissions.
Coordinate with clients from inquiry and negotiation through order, billing, and payment.
Maintain client databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems as per client requirements.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
Provide onsite technical and operational support to clients and teams.
Develop maintenance strategies to improve system reliability and performance.
Manage electrical projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders for timely project completion.
Conduct risk assessments and implement safety and emergency protocols.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory and resources.

industry technologie
Pay: ₹10,503.79 - ₹35,692.77 per month
