- EVA Software Solutions is looking for young, dynamic & highly motivated candidates who are looking to make career in ERP world.
- EVA Software Solutions provide ERP/CRM Software Solutions to Small & Medium Scale Enterprises.
- Candidate shall be responsible for
- - Do the GAP Analysis of the client requirement & ERP/CRM Software
- - ERP/CRM Implementation support of all modules. Provide IT solutions to the business porblems
- - Setting up the ERP / CRM system for client to start using the software as per client requirements
- - Training the client employees on ERP/CRM Software according to requirement
- - Migrate or transfer data from existing system to new ERP/CRM system. Candidate must have good MS Excel, Word hands on experience
- - Achieve the mile stones of implementations as set by the company
- - Provide client best practices of the industry
- - Provide Post implementation support.
- - Cross sell the other products which may be good for the client
- - Also generate more leads from the existing clients
- - Prepare user guides required for the products
- - Communicate with developers for client requirement to enhance the ERP/CRM product
- - Resolve client issues & escalations
