Essential Functions:

Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to address technical problems and optimize performance.

Implement and enforce security measures and best practices to protect Pega applications and data.

Manage user access and permissions, including role-based access control (RBAC), LDAP integration, and authentication mechanisms.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy new releases, patches, and hotfixes, and ensure smooth migration of applications between environments.

Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.

Configure and manage application servers, web servers, and other infrastructure components to support Pega applications.

Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices, and provide training to team members and end-users as needed.

Stay updated on the latest Pega platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend enhancements and improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.

Hands on experience in a Process Mining Tool Like Celonis.
Qualifications
Education
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline
