Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Proposal Writer with strong experience in cybersecurity to develop high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation. The role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in the cybersecurity domain

Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to gather inputs and solution details

Develop technical proposals, solution documents, case studies, and capability decks

Customize proposals based on client requirements and industry-specific needs

Ensure compliance with client requirements, formatting, and submission guidelines

Maintain and update proposal repositories, templates, and reusable content
-
Clearly articulate value propositions, differentiators, and ROI in proposals
-
Review and refine documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality
Required Skills & Experience

3–10 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services

Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains and solutions such as:

Network Security (Firewalls, IPS/IDS, VPN)

Identity & Access Management (IAM)
-
Security Operations (SOC, SIEM, SOAR)

Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, GCP security solutions)
-
Endpoint Security (EDR, XDR)
-
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

Data Security & DLP
-
Experience working with cybersecurity products like Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Microsoft Security, Splunk, SentinelOne, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlines

Experience in handling global proposals (Middle East, India, APAC) is a plus
