Role Purpose:
Drive customer retention, deliver exceptional customer experience, ensure post-sales service excellence, and increase repeat business.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Customer Retention: Increase repeat visits, customer loyalty, and lifetime value.
- CRM & Telecalling: Lead telecalling activities, customer engagement campaigns, and improve call-to-visit conversions.
- Premium Business Development: Manage Fashion Consultants, build VIP customer relationships, and drive premium category sales.
- Customer Service Excellence: Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure high-quality post-sales support.
- Alteration & After-Sales Service: Ensure timely alterations, exchanges, and seamless service delivery.
- Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer satisfaction, generate positive reviews, and strengthen brand reputation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
