Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Install air conditioning systems, including units, ductwork, and associated components.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to keep AC systems in optimal condition, including cleaning filters, coils, and servicing fan blowers.
- Repairs and Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions, repair refrigerant leaks, fix electrical components, and replace faulty parts.
- Guest Service: Respond to guest room repair requests and ensure minimal disruption.
- Record Keeping: Maintain maintenance logs and work records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and environmental standard
