Tender Executive is responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing and submitting tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and company policies. The role requires strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government, public sector, and private tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical, commercial, and financial bid documents.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, procurement, and legal teams to gather required information.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and tender responses.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, and supporting documentation.
- Track tender status, clarifications, amendments, and bid results.
- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and pricing schedules in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Manage bid security documents such as EMDs, bank guarantees, and performance guarantees.
- Respond to client queries and tender-related correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and tender requirements.
- Analyze competitors and previous bid outcomes to improve future submissions.
