Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
