We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Operations Supervisor to join our team for an on-demand home services platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting support, training, supervising, and managing housekeeping service providers to ensure they deliver high-quality services at customer locations.
This role requires someone with strong housekeeping knowledge, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in training teams, handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new housekeeping providers on cleaning techniques, SOPs, and company standards.
- Conduct practical demonstrations for residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Educate providers on the safe and correct use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure providers follow hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
- Conduct field visits to monitor service quality and provide on-site guidance.
- Perform quality inspections and resolve operational issues at customer locations.
- Monitor provider performance and conduct refresher training when required.
- Handle customer escalations related to housekeeping services.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Ensure all providers are properly groomed and follow company policies.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service execution.
- Assist in onboarding and evaluating new housekeeping professionals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field (Preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory or team handling experience.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping processes and cleaning chemicals.
- Excellent leadership and training skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Ability to travel within Dehradun for field visits.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and mobile applications.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
