Job Summary
Adventure Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive student enrollments and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building relationships with students, institutions, and corporate clients, and contributing to the growth of the organization. Candidates with strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
- Promote the company's training programs, certification courses, and educational services.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and convert prospects into enrollments.
- Conduct student counseling sessions and provide information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, educational events, and campus drives to promote the company's offerings.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates on sales performance and business development activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management.

QualificationsFreshers

Experienced Candidates
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Experience in the Education, Training, or IT industry will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
