Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate prescriptions and ensure regular product movement in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits as per company norms.
- Address customer queries and provide product-related information.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and tour plans on time.
- Maintain records of doctor visits, samples distributed, and sales activities.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical marketing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduates in any discipline will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong selling and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Good presentation skills.
- Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Experience
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experienced candidates with an established doctor network will be preferred.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹7,000 per month based on achievement of sales targets
- Travel Allowance (TA)

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Familiarity with the Faridabad local market.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and strong work ethic.
