We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Solar Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our customer base and promote our solar products and services.
Job Summary The Solar Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and executing marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and solar system adoption. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new residential and commercial solar sales opportunities.
- Conduct customer consultations to assess energy needs and recommend solar solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Present solar products, pricing, financing options, and return-on-investment benefits.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and company-generated inquiries.
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of sales, marketing, or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Experience in solar, renewable energy, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, or related industries.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems and financing options.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
