Position Summary
Pinkstar Hospital is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing to strengthen the hospital's market presence, increase patient footfall, develop corporate relationships, and promote healthcare services. The candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, building referral networks, and supporting business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Marketing
- Promote hospital services, specialties, and healthcare programs to target audiences.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct regular field visits to corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, government departments, and healthcare partners.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into business for the hospital.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups
- Coordinate and manage corporate empanelments and healthcare tie-ups.
- Develop relationships with companies for employee health check-ups and wellness programs.
- Maintain regular communication with existing corporate clients to ensure service satisfaction.
Brand Promotion & Outreach
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, CME activities, community outreach initiatives, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies and internal teams for marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, brochures, and marketing content.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with consultants, referral doctors, corporate clients, and community stakeholders.
- Address client queries and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support strategic planning.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead trackers, and business development records.
- Prepare periodic reports on marketing activities, revenue generation, referrals, and conversion rates.
- Monitor achievement of assigned targets and suggest improvement strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of hospital services, healthcare marketing, and patient acquisition strategies.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Experience in corporate marketing, doctor referral management, and healthcare business development.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry practices and patient service standards.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented professional.
