Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an ERPNext Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, customizing, and optimizing ERPNext solutions to meet the unique business needs of our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure the ERPNext system accordingly, provide training and support, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Configure ERPNext modules to meet client specifications.
- Customize ERPNext workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards as per client needs.
- Provide end-user training and support during and after ERPNext implementation.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations.
- Stay updated with ERPNext releases, features, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience as an ERPNext Functional Consultant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERPNext to meet business requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERPNext version upgrades and migrations is a plus.
- ERPNext certification(s) preferred.
