Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and compassionate Activity Executive to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and execution of a diverse and engaging activity calendar that enhances the quality of life for our residents. You will be the driving force behind creating a lively community atmosphere, ensuring every resident has the opportunity to participate in meaningful and enjoyable experiences .
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Implementation:
- Develop, plan, and coordinate a balanced and innovative monthly activities calendar that includes physical, social, recreational, intellectual, creative, and spiritual programs .
- Organize and facilitate a variety of daily, weekly, and monthly activities such as fitness sessions, arts & crafts, music, games, educational classes, cultural events, and social hours .
- Plan and coordinate regular community outings and excursions, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents during transportation .
- Assess resident interests and needs through one-on-one meetings and feedback to tailor programs accordingly .
Resident & Family Engagement:
- Actively encourage resident participation and foster a sense of community and belonging .
- Serve as a key point of contact for residents and their families regarding activities, providing updates and building positive relationships .
- Support the orientation of new residents to help them integrate into the community and its social life .
Operational & Administrative Duties:
- Prepare, produce, and distribute a professional and timely monthly newsletter and activity calendar .
- Manage the activity department's budget, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment .
- Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident participation .
- Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards .
Team Collaboration:
- Supervise, train, and schedule activity coordinators, volunteers, and drivers to ensure seamless program delivery .
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Operations, Marketing) to support company-wide events and initiatives .
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in activity planning, event management, or a related field, ideally within a senior living, hospitality, or healthcare setting .
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Hospitality, Gerontology, or a related field is preferred .
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,480.14 per month
