About the Role
SR Resins & Chemicals Industries is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Accounts Executive to manage GST-compliant billing, customer payment follow-ups, purchase planning support, and coordination with vendors and customers. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a manufacturing or trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate accurate GST-compliant invoices using Tally.
- Manage billing activities and maintain proper documentation.
- Track customer outstanding payments and follow up regularly.
- Reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment records.
- Support GST filing by coordinating with the company's Accountant/CA.
- Monitor raw material stock and consumption reports to support purchase planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding orders, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Accounts departments for smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com
- Diploma or Certification in Accounting & Taxation
- GST Practitioner certification is an added advantage.
- Commerce or Business Administration graduates are also welcome to apply.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Billing, Accounts, GST Invoicing, or Accounts Coordination.
- Experience in a Manufacturing, Trading, or Distribution company is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, GST, and MS Excel is mandatory.
- Experience in customer payment follow-ups and vendor coordination is essential.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
