Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, and performance management programs.
- Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Lead learning and development initiatives and succession planning.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Compliance & Statutory Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and employment regulations.
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and documentation as required by law.
- Oversee compliance related to:
- Employee Provident Fund (EPF)
- Employee State Insurance (ESI)
- Professional Tax (where applicable)
- Gratuity
- Bonus
- Minimum Wages
- Shops & Establishments Act
- Maternity Benefit provisions
- Payment of Wages regulations
- Contract Labour compliance (if applicable)
- Coordinate statutory audits, labor inspections, and government compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and submissions.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and maintain audit-ready records.
- Liaise with legal consultants, auditors, and government authorities when required.
- Ensure workplace compliance with anti-harassment and employee protection regulations.
Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Review and validate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate salary processing, reimbursements, and final settlements.
- Manage employee benefits, insurance, leave, and attendance systems.
- Oversee full-and-final settlements and exit formalities.
HR Operations
- Monitor HR budgets and manpower planning.
- Generate HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Implement HRMS systems and process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
