Job Summary
Guarented Rentals Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing, tech-enabled rental platform providing furniture, home appliances, and managed property setup solutions. We're looking for an execution-focused Assistant Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage last-mile delivery, installation, and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, and quality checks.
- Handle reverse logistics, customer returns, and damage assessments.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, delivery executives, and field technicians.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for managed property setups.
- Monitor operational KPIs, improve productivity, and reduce delivery costs.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, or E-commerce Fulfillment.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and inventory management skills.
- Hands-on approach with excellent problem-solving and team management abilities.
- Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Telugu is a plus.
