Job Summary
Ashoka Hospital is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, digital communication, documentation, and online content support. The ideal candidate should be proficient in computer applications, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of handling administrative and digital media tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily computer operations and data entry with accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and hospital documents.
- Create professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Draft and manage official emails and maintain email correspondence.
- Operate Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organize and maintain digital files and records.
- Assist with online documentation, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Manage and update the hospital's social media platforms.
- Create and edit engaging social media reels, posts, and basic promotional content.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely documentation and reporting.
- Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and software issues and coordinate with IT support when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of hospital data and patient-related information.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of computer applications and internet usage.
- Strong email drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to create presentations and reports.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills for social media content.
- Experience creating Instagram and Facebook reels is preferred.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer skills may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Familiarity with hospital management software is an added advantage.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
