Shine Dent Dental Studio, an esteemed Dental Lab is hiring Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Take service calls from the Doctors and allocate work to the respective Marketing Executives
- Monitor the sales activities of the Marketing Executives and give proper directions.
- Assign daily clinic Visits to the Marketing team and ensure the targets are met
- Assign weekly and monthly revenue targets to the Marketing team and ensure the targets are achieved.
- Ensure the Marketing team furnishes the Order form completely
- Ensure prompt delivery of completed works to the respective clinics.
- Maintain a good rapport with the existing clients through the Marketing team.
- Do Market research and identify new business avenues for expanding business operations.
- Ensure the Daily tracker is furnished by the Marketing team and report the same to the General Manager
- Conduct weekly review of the marketing team and present the report to the General Manager.
- Ensure that the Marketing team demonstrate professionalism and good etiquettes in their conduct with the Doctors.
- Ensure the Scanning team render a hassle free and delightful experience for the patients.
- Ensure that the Scanning team duly upload data and send it to the HQ after the scanning
- Ensure smooth communication with the Doctors while scheduling visits, collecting and delivering the work.
- Take down the instructions and directions from the General Manager.
- Ensure proper coordination with the Administration and Technical departments
- Ensure monthly and quarterly revenue targets are achieved.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably from the Medical or Hospitality industry.
- At least 3 years of Experience in handling sales team preferably from Medical, Dental, Hospitality and Pharma sector.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Self motivated and willingness to travel.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
