Key responsibilities include:
- Support in hiring and selecting excellent teachers and non-teaching staff, including mentoring teachers to enhance the quality of education
- Servicing existing and new parents and teachers for leads and service issues.
- Helping with growth initiatives.- coordinating workshops, demos etc
- No cold calling
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Passionate about quality education and women's empowerment.
- Past online or offline teaching experience will be an advantage
