Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Noida. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating actionable sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, preparing sales proposals, and presenting to senior stakeholders. The role involves meeting sales targets and working closely with various departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 Years in selling Digital marketing Solutions / Tech Solutions in reputed agencies
- Demonstrated expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
- Proven skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Strong organizational, leadership, and team management abilities
- Experience with Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Relevant industry experience or background and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
