We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales growth in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and references
- Handle client inquiries and understand their requirements
- Present suitable property options to clients
- Schedule meetings and site visits
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales
- Maintain client database and update CRM
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and project details
Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Presentable and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
- Graduation (preferred)
