We are looking for an experienced Product Development Lead / Senior Full-Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to lead the design, architecture, and development of a School ERP / School Management System from scratch. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in building scalable software products, leading development teams, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Mandatory: Prior hands-on experience with School ERP, School Management Software, LMS, or other EdTech products is required.

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of the School ERP platform.

Define product architecture, technical roadmap, scalability, security, and performance standards.

Lead, mentor, and manage the development team while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

Collaborate with management, product stakeholders, UI/UX, QA, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Review code, maintain coding standards, conduct sprint planning, estimations, and release management.

Drive continuous product improvements, new feature development, and technical innovation.

Resolve complex technical challenges and provide architectural guidance.

Ensure best practices for security, maintainability, testing, and performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable improvements.

6+ years of experience in software product development.

Proven experience building or enhancing School ERP, School Management Systems, LMS, or EdTech solutions.

Strong experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-level applications.

Excellent understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, Microservices, Design Patterns, and scalable application development.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
