About the Role
Tea Linkers (Bansal Tea) is looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven Senior Commercial Executive to manage procurement, commercial operations, sales coordination, dispatch planning, and vendor management. The ideal candidate should possess strong negotiation skills, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to independently handle critical operational decisions while coordinating with vendors, warehouses, transporters, and the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing and procurement from vendors.
- Negotiate product pricing and commercial terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouses for stock planning and replenishment.
- Generate invoices, sales documents, delivery challans, and other commercial documentation.
- Coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Follow up on customer payments and vendor settlements.
- Manage sales order processing and sales system operations.
- Handle vendor coupon management and maintain proper records.
- Prepare and maintain commercial reports, purchase records, stock reports, and operational MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation for procurement, dispatch, banking, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate banking-related activities including cheque processing, RTGS/NEFT documentation, and reconciliation support.
- Work closely with management by providing commercial insights and operational recommendations.
- Take ownership of pricing decisions, vendor negotiations, and procurement planning.
- Coordinate effectively with the warehouse, accounts, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, or Sales Coordination.
- Experience in the Tea Industry will be highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing, especially for tea products or FMCG products.
- Hands-on experience in transportation and dispatch coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
- Experience in invoice generation, documentation, and commercial record management.
- Knowledge of banking processes and payment coordination.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
