About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Business Senior Manager – Web & App Campaigns to lead, execute, and optimize high-performance mobile advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing large-scale campaigns across diverse verticals, and a proven ability to deliver results by collaborating with global publishers, partners, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end delivery and management of mobile performance campaigns across multiple categories including Online Shopping, BFSI, Gaming, Crypto, Astrology, E-commerce, and Travel.
- Collaborate with global publishers, ad networks, DSPs, and platforms to ensure smooth execution and achievement of campaign KPIs.
- Utilize MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, Kochava, etc.) for campaign tracking, attribution, and optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, proactively identifying and resolving delivery issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize inventory quality and scale.
- Provide detailed performance analysis, reporting, and actionable insights for advertisers.
- Lead and mentor the delivery team to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience delivering high-volume mobile performance campaigns.
- Strong expertise in working with global publishers, partners, and mobile ad platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile attribution and measurement tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.).
- Proven success in executing campaigns across diverse industries (e-commerce, BFSI, travel, gaming, crypto, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
