We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with employees across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Employee Management
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Update employee databases and records.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Payroll & Compliance
- Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
- Maintain records related to employee benefits and statutory compliance.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.
Administration & Coordination
- Draft official letters, appointment letters, offer letters, warning letters, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate with employees across different branches and locations.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support management in HR-related activities and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR or Administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of attendance and payroll management systems.
Salary
- As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹10,859.78 - ₹30,000.00 per month
